Anthony David Gonzalez, a former American tight end played 17 seasons in the National Football League. Considered one of America's best tight ends ever, he holds the NFL record for having the highest number of receiving yards for all tight ends. He is as the third-highest player in terms of number of receptions.
Tony Gonzalez, former All-Pro tight-end with the Kansas City Chiefs as well as Atlanta Falcons, is currently working at FOX's Studio. Gonzalez has been an anchor for FOX NFL KICKOFF - FOX NFL KICKOFF is FOX NFL's pregame hour show which airs before FOX NFLSUNDAY. The show airs at 11:00 AM ET each Sunday throughout the NFL season.
On the 15th of March, 2013, Gonzalez agreed to re-sign with the Falcons to a two-year, $14 million deal despite claiming that he would be retiring after the 2013 season. Randy Moss announced his retirement in 2012, in 2012, and Gonzalez (37 year old) played last season as the an NFL's most prolific receiver.
